Excellent service from start to finish. They make you feel special. I couldn’t tell you about the item I bought as it’s a Christmas present for a friend but I’m sure it’s fabulous

I placed an order this morning for a dehumidifier and two hours later it is delivered to my home address. You cannot get better service than this from anywhere else. This family run local shop has been going for many years and the owners and staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the man who delivered and unpacked it for me. I always try and support my local shops and Snape and Sons never disappoints. They have a good range of products at competitive prices and I will continue to support them. E-mail communication and updates were fast and efficient.
