As a first time customer, this was a great experience. My order was acknowledged quickly and this was followed by despatch information a short time later. The excellent tracking facility clearly indicated where my parcel was and when it would be delivered. Order delivered 24 hours afterwards, professionally packed and the product was exactly what I wanted. Next time I need anything, I’ll check the Snapes catalogue first.
