I have been using Snapes for over forty years. I have always found them to be very helpful and willing to get me things that may not always be in stock. They are a real Alladin's cave and everything a good hardware and gardening shop should be. Often cheaper than the big stores and the personal service you receive is second to none. Try Snape's before going to the big stores, I am sure that you will be pleasantly surprised.

I ordered the Sebo vacuum (the only one left, the one I wanted!) the parts arrived the next day and the vacuum arrived the day later. The fault is with the delivery, not Snapes). The vacuum is excellent and I would recommend Snapes (good value) for future buying!
