I honestly couldn't recommend this place enough such beautiful clothes and the owner has been so helpful! Not mention this is ran by one woman by herself so it can't be easy building up business on your own at most stressful time with what's going on. Thank you very much for all your help.

I dont like to leave bad reviews but i ordered my sons 1st birthday outfit 6 weeks ago now. Item was never received. Never received a replacement or a refund. Communication and customer service are awful im always being ignored! I don't even know how to go about getting my money back either😭 So so disappointed.

After writing a really great review for my last order, I'm extremely disappointed this time round. my order was placed 5 weeks ago, I haven't received it. I messaged to ask where my order was, no reply. messaged again 24 hours later and was told that the website does say 48 hours for a reply. I thought that's understandable so I'll wait another 24 hours. i waited. I waited. and I waited some more. 140 hours later, still no reply and still no order. I'm really upset/disappointed with this as i feel my concern/order enquiry isn't taken seriously. Wont be purchasing again.
