So pleased with the service & my bits

I am extremely disappointed with this business. I ordered some items 2 weeks before Christmas as presents for my niece, nephew and daughter and received the items on the 31st December. Then one of the items is the wrong size. I have emailed the owner many times and received no response. I would never order from them again.

I purchased a personalised Pom Pom hat for my little girl, what lovely quality and it came so beautifully packaged it was a shame to open it! Have been eyeing up a few more bits so will definitely be buying again in the very near future! Thank you 😊
