I wanted a pdf copy of my certificate for one of the courses I did. I wasn't blamed for making a mistake on my email address, very few words needed to be writtent to communicate, haven't got the certificate yet, but I will get it soon, because I've asked for one before and it got sent to me very quickly.

TEFL (TESOL) Masterclass course on 'The Teachers Training" - really liked it, it was challenging for my mind and I learned a lot. Made me to find out more and learn more. I am planning to take further courses.
