I completed my course and exam 2 days ago, and submitted for my certificate straight away. I was sent a confirmation email stating that the PDF for my certificate's turnaround time was 24 hours and I have received nothing, and no response to my email. After lots of calls attempted when I did get through to someone their English was quite poor and didn't repeat things clearly when I politely asked them to. I explained that I hadn't received my certificate and they said they would email me within 20 mins. 3 hours later and still nothing. This has not been a reassuring experience, that my qualification is even valid.
