Good service, communication and end result

I initially was contacted by Jolt after I requested a quote for a Zappi EV charger for our new car. Though after talking it through with Martin and he listened to our particular needs for our home and car he recommended that we use a Ohme charger which fitted our needs better. We actually had the car delivered quicker than we expected and Martin was able to setup an install 2 days later on a Saturday. This was exceptional as we know that EV installers are quoting weeks (in some cases months) for installs and he travelled from the South of London to just North West of London to install. Going that extra mile which we really appreciated. Martin was very professional, spent time explaining process and best install location choices. Martin’s workmanship was skillfully and as per our request kept the visual cabling to a minimum so the install was kept very aesthetically pleasing. I highly recommend Jolt, great customer service, workmanship and also Martin is very personable too!
