I joined my neighbours to invite Joltify to install a stand-alone home batter storage system to each house. All our 3 houses were done within two days without any problems. Tom is very professional to install everything correctly, also connected GivEnergy AIO to my existing Zappi charger, which even allows me to monitor GivEnergy's battery discharge and charge from Zappi app. We had a bit bad luck when Martin commissioned the system which kept rejecting the requests. Then Martin called the customer service and went through bit by bit. Finally the system was successfully commissioned by 19.30. Now, the system is working well, e.g. discharges ~12.5kwh during peak hours and be charged ~13.5kwh during off peak hours.

We were referred to Joltify by the manufacturer after the original installers changed the terms on us last minute. I can't praise the guys at Joltify high enough. Martin was very meticulous and raised points for consideration that other installers had not mentioned, even if it ultimately raised the bar to proceed with the solar installations. In the end given the risks associated with our specialised roof and the height accessibility, we opted for a battery storage only system. The installation went smoothly and they followed up to make sure the system was working property and with my desired settings.

Tom did a very professional installation of my Myenergi Zappi EV charger. This was very welcome, in view of my very bad experiences with both Solax and Simpson EV chargers. Tom explained every step of the installation, did a very neat electrical installation, commissioned the Zappi and Harvi devices and demonstrated the Myenergi app. Great service, thanks Tom.

We chose Joltify because they listened to what we wanted, asked relevant questions, and didn't try and sell us something we had already discounted as an idea. As a final check we asked for them to do a site survey to make sure there were no surprises, which they did with no qualms. The work happened over two days and we had no problems. Joltify were part of a major project I carried out my house, to replace the complete roof and add solar. I used 21 Viridium in roof solar panels (total 8.5kw) and added an Lux invertor, 9kw Hanchu battery, Zappi car charger and Eddi hot water interface as part of the project. Joltify from start to finish were great to work with. The workmanship was really good, in and outside the house. The work was done on time and to their quote, so it went extremely well. Documentation followed as required. I have recently added a second battery also. Good company and good people to work with, highly recommend.
