I regret subscribing to Dextra. Two years ago, based on a friend’s recommendation, I decided to try their service. Over the past two years, I submitted just 11 queries, mostly minor issues related to rental laws and employment, which were usually resolved within two emails. Despite this minimal usage, Dextra has now decided to terminate my contract, citing “overuse” of their services. This decision is both unreasonable and disappointing. If 11 minor queries over two years are considered excessive, it raises serious questions about the value of their service. When I requested clarification, they failed to provide a clear explanation. A professional and client-focused company would have offered solutions, such as an upgraded plan, rather than abruptly terminating a contract. This situation demonstrates a lack of transparency and accountability on Dextra’s part. Nowhere in their terms and conditions was there any mention of limits on usage, making their decision both unjustified and misleading. It also reflects poorly on their willingness to deliver the services they advertise. Additionally, the cost of their annual service—over €500—is far from competitive. Other providers, such as AXA, offer similar or better services at a lower price point. In conclusion, I strongly advise against using Dextra’s legal services. Their lack of professionalism, opaque business practices, and unwillingness to honor commitments make them a poor choice. Save your time and money by looking elsewhere for reliable and trustworthy legal support.
