मैने एक AD170 casio watch 12/10/2019 को आर्डर की blue dart courier से जब watch मेरे पास आई पेकेट खोलने पर casio का बोकस सिल पेक नही धा ओर casio manufacture date 7/2018 की है ओर उसके बोकस मै casio का warranty card नही था ओर बोकस के ऊपर जो सिरियल नम्बर होता है उस पर फर्जी सिरियल नम्बर का स्टीकर चिपका हुआ था। जब मैंने कम्पनी मे बात करी ये बोले कि warranty card हमारे पास है हम warranty card हम नही देते। ओर बोकस के सिरियल नम्बर के आखिरी नम्बर को भी काट दिया गया ताकि ग्राहक अपनी warranty register ना कर सके काफ़ी बात करने के बाद इन्होने मेरी warranty register करवायी 2year की जबकी इस समय 6महीने कि extend warranty भी मिल रही है। 6महीने की warranty का मेरा नुकसान भी करवाया ओर जो warranty के साथ इन्होंने बिल लगाया है वो दिल्ली की किसी दुकान का लगा दिया ओर आज भी मेरे पास watch का वो बिल जो casio मै इन्होंने दिखाया है ओर warranty card नही है। ओर watch 15 महीने पुरानी। मेरे पास इन लोगों कि सारी काल है रिकार्ड मे। अगर किसी को लेनी हो तो मुझे मेल कर के ले सकता है surimalik66@gm काफ़ी बार वार्ता करने के बाद इन्होंने मेरी watch register karwa di लेकिन मन मे शका बनी रहेगी watch original है या नही जब कभी service की जरूरत होगी जब service center जाएगें तब पता चलेगा। अगर service centre वालो ने बिल ओर गारंटी कार्ड मांग लिया तो वो तो मुझे दिया नही इन्होंने। casio की साईट पर जाकर जो casio के authorized dealer है उनसे watch लेनी चाहिए थी मुझे। clock. not satisfy the service you provide . No one come up to pickup the product i raised this so many times . n one reply on emails , no one pickup the phone ,

I had bought a DW watch which had a free bracelet but they delivered only watch and said bracelet is not available and will be deliver after some time. It’s been more than two week and they didn’t deliver also stop replying. I don’t know they are cheating people or what.
