Bought a special edition G shock couple of months back. Got the watch delivered in time safely packaged. The watch itself looks amazing and it is an original product.

I was sceptical at first. I was worried as this was my first purchase from this store. The product I received was genuine and regarding the warranty, the store offers 2+1 year warranty. One cannot register the product on the Casio website. This is not an issue as the store has assured to pick up and drop off the product during the time of repairs. I love the watch and I loved the service. Keep it going Indian Watch Company. Cheers.

So....here I am intially I was extremely dissatisfied with the service of the company but then I communicated with customer care they assured me the delivery of the product....over all pretty good experience. The product I ordered was of Fossil....and it's original. Yes, watches are genuine but the service is a little poor. I hope the improve their service and communicate with customer if there any problems or issues so the customer has no worries.
