Beware! its a SCAM. I brought a DW watch. The watch was received with mismatched serial number with its box. Returned it within few day without using or removing the plastic, of which they charged 200 rs. and then they are saying we will not return it as it has some spot on its band. I did not even wear it on the wrist. They say on their website that no question will be asked on return. The saddest part is they are not responding my calls and sms. Not even on email and whatsapp even after the msg was delivered and read. Its been 40 days now since I returned it. No refund no exchange no update. Don't fall for the good reviews.

The delivery took 7 days to ship and 7 days to arrive which is so bad considering the 24hr shipping promise they make.After 7 days when i asked them to cancel my order they shipped it and said it cant be cancelled anymore. I understand the current pandemic situations but they should let their customers know how much they might have to wait for their watch. Now talking about the customer service. Its literally the worst there is a certain time you can interact with them and that too its on them to reply .They dont reply mails, what's app messages.Sometime they do pickup the call though. Now talking about the product,the product i received was in perfect condition the fossil box was a little dented during transit maybe but its acceptable the watch was in mint condition and working just fine.Dont know about the after sales service hope it is not as bad.So summarizing if you worry about this being a fraud it is NOT you will get your watch but just dont expect service like those e-commerce giants like Amazon or Flipkart.

Bought a Casio watch. The product was old, used, and outdated. I opted for a return. Followed up with the customer support for return. They just kept on avoiding the request. And never contacted themself for return. Still, the return request is pending. Now I believe they will not return. They are just a scam.
