service very quick. delivered well packed and cold. the Maldon cure was lovely. Not so keen on the Maldon deep cure but this is a question of taste. Still waiting to try the juniper.

There are 3 different choices of smoking. Various cuts of slices. Packaged well in packs from 100g upwards. Delivery well wrapped with ice and protection against heat. Prices reasonable. Only item I would not buy again is the trimmings. One pack far better than the other so can not guarantee the better as a standard.
