A very distinctive strong tasting salmon but not cut in an entirely convenient way for sandwiches. I plated it and squeezed loads of lemon juice over it with brown bread on the side and it was most enjoyable. I’m sure it would be appreciated by guests at a special occasion but perhaps not suitable for everyday use especially as it is quite expensive

I read about your smoked Salmon in the Sunday press and ordered some straight away. I will re-order as soon as we have finished this order. I was also delighted to order smoked cod roe with is very difficult to buy now. I have my mothers old recipe which brings back memories of her.

After enduring the rather bland offerings available elsewhere I decided to order from you as a Coronation treat. We were not disappointed!

It’s ok. Lots of umami flavours. We had the ‘extra strong’ which wasn’t really v smokey at all. It was v thinly cut so maybe that reduced the flavour. Expected more. Sorry, we would have liked it to be better.
