The best smoked salmon I've ever had - delicious flavour and beautifully soft. It went down a treat with everyone at Christmas and we all particularly liked the long slices. I found the smoked mackerel a little bland for my tastes, unfortunately, but you can't please all palates at once.

It is a great product - we can strongly recommend the Maldon cure smoked salmon - and the service from L&J was spot on. We specified a date that we needed and it was delivered on time and in perfect condition. Communication on the status of the order and timing of delivery was clear throughout.

Absolutely delicious, we all thoroughly enjoyed it at Christmas. The delivery service was first class too. We first had this at The Lion in Boreham so decided to order for ourselves.

Delicious and lasted the entire holiday. (A bit longer, in fact, there's a couple of slices left.) Wish it could be Christmas all the time to justify more frequent orders.
