Lovely smoked salmon, packed and shipped with coolers and wadding absolutely excellent. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 ? Please note Lambton and Jackson. You need a perishable goods (open immediately) label clearly fixed to the outside ! Our family in Dronfield had briefly opened on receipt, saw it was from us and placed it under the Christmas Tree. Fortunately we called them the day after when we received the delivery notification and checked it had been opened and put in the fridge. Luckily the cool packs and wadding are so good it had remained chilled for an additional day inside their house.

Excellent service from online order to delivery. The items were very well packed and still ice cool upon arrival. We enjoyed smoked salmon and smoked cheese, both of superb quality and delicious. We are about to place our second order and will continue to do so all year, this company is not just for Christmas!

The smoked salmon is excellent and we have reordered a few time times. Try the smoked cheese as well! Darcy who owns the business was incredibly helpful and was able to manage a very last minute delivery for us to enjoy the smoked salmon over New Years.
