Easy to order on the web site and the one time I did speak to someone they were extremely help. Brilliant delivery and fantastic environmentally friendly packaging. The Smoked salmon is absolutely delicious, wouldn’t buy it from anywhere else now! Makes great presents too! The off cuts are excellent valve, I have used them in cooking and sandwiches - you get the great taste without the bother of cutting the fish up!
