Consistently the finest smoked salmon i have tasted. Iove this salmon. The Juniper Cure is unique, with an intensity that belies its appearance. I recommend the sashimi slices, cut by hand and slightly thicker. You can feel the texture much better. Great service, delivers on time. Have to fight the kids off whenever it arrives!

As ever best smoked salmon available- try the maldon deep smoked for flavour.
