As a substitute for my home made Christmas smoked salmon, L&J were chosen this year. Chose the silver smoke box which was excellent. 1st timer on the smoked eel, it was really nice.

Ordered a Bronze pack of salmon from Lambton and Jackson for over the Christmas period - and was absolutely delighted. The salmon turned up in eco-friendly wool insulation to keep it cool - and I've been working my way through the selection with the family. Lovely flavours - I particularly liked the Maldon deep smoked, which is something different to what I'd usually buy from my local supermarket. Highly recommend if you like salmon!

The best Smoked Salmon I have ever eaten. The different types of smoking delivers such a great variety. The Eel is outstanding and the smoked Cheddar is so delicious.

This selection I ordered was for a gift for Christmas and I was a little confused with ordering exactly what I was looking for but after a phone call, was happy with the selection I made and the price seemed good too. I selected a date for delivery which was the 18 December. I was therefore surprised to hear that a delivery was made the day before, to the front door and received by the recipient who is very fond of Salmon. Altogether, this was a very easy and satisfactory purchase, not too much to select from which made it more easy (for me anyway) to choose what to order and the fact that it was delivered to the south of England earlier than expected and it was Christmas week, was excellent. The most amazing smoked salmon! We got the Maldon and kiln roast salmon for Christmas and have absolutely loved both. We will have smoked salmon from Lambton and Jackson for every dinner party, it’s guaranteed to be a success!
