We always go to travel house in llanelli to book our holidays. The staff are wonderful and mandy is exceptionally helpful. I hear we are loosing her in this branch area which is a shame, but in respect for the remaining staff they are also acceptional

It is always a good experience, all the staff make you welcome and make sure your booking is perfect from booking to sorting everything out for us boarding passes, luggage labels etc.
