Very helpful to an old lady like myself . Did everything for my holiday it is now stress free . The staff are excellent especially Sophie who was professional and did all the paperwork for the cruise which is usually a nightmare . Other staff members like Chris who made sure we were all sitting together on the plane It’s the first time I’ve booked with this company but it certainly won’t be the last

The agent I dealt with was extremely helpful, I came in with a holiday request that was quite bespoke. A trek along the inca trail to machu pichu. She was amazing! She found contacted a specialist travel company called Intrepid and put together a plan for me. I'm travelling as a solo female, she made sure everything was in place to meet my specific needs. I have used Travel House and they are the only travel company I would use. You get a personal service which is always professional. Extremely happy
