Claire was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable making the process of finding and booking a holiday a quick and easy experience.

The staff are brilliant they are so so helpful very knowledgeable its a pleasure to sit and book a holiday as they can talk about the island/resort in detail which i brilliant, especially if you have never been there before I find it gives me a buzz and ready for my holiday .The staff in travel house Gorseinon Swansea are the best its the only place I go to book a holiday and have done so for the past 30 years
