Great experience 1/ Quick service, did not have to wait. 2/ New premises, which is spacious and has a fresh feeling 3/ The team, Nicola in particular was very welcoming, remembered our last holiday and had a very good idea of our requirements/preferences. 4/ Had excellent knowledge of our holiday destination and of the hotels in the area. 5/ Overall was a great experience
