Aimee was brilliant, knowledgeable, very helpful and professional she made the booking of our first cruise easy, put our minds at rest. We where going to shop around before booking but we were happy so booked it there and then.

I always book with travel house but its getting more and more frustrating both myself my husband and the staff member with there lack of WiFi. It took twice as long for the lady to sort my booking out .every member of staff were having problems at the time and not just on this occasion. Other than that service outstanding
