Claire Edwards who is at the Blackwood store was extremely helpful to me and my family . She went above for us finding us our prefect family holiday . She was booking for 12 of us so finding the right thing for us all must have been hard but she was amazing and we would definitely use her again . Can’t thank her enough x

We called in to book a holiday to Lanzarote with a very specific hotel and dates to tie up with other family for a holiday. We spoke to Joy who was more than happy to help us and went above and beyond to find something for us. We left having booked when other agents couldn’t help and will now use travel house as our go to agent.
