They are very helpful, friendly,efficient and considerate to your needs.

From the minute we walked into Travel House Cwmbran, our journey started. They listened to what was important to us as a family with a disabled child. They exceeded our expectations and found us not only a fabulous hotel but organised all the additional extras needed at the airport etc. Having been on the holiday, we came back to book another and all our needs/wants were remembered, so never had to explain what was important to us over and over again. I cannot explain how comfortable and at ease it was to book a holiday which can be extremely stressful with our Son. Craig and Team are an asset to The Travel House and I will never book elsewhere. Thank you is never enough 😃

Whole experience was great

We have booked all our holidays with Travel House Cwmbran in recent years, including one this Saturday. Craig is fantastic, very knowledgeable about destinations and hotel resorts etc, and has found us great deals. Communication after booking by email is great and the currency exchange competitive. I always recommend Travel House to friends and family. Highly recommend.

When we went to see Nicola at Travel House we wanted to stay in a specific hotel. The hotel wasn't on any of the usual travel companies. Nicola went above and beyond to find the hotel and put a travel package together for us that suited our needs.
