Ruby in Travel House blackwood was absolutely fantastic in finding not only 1 but 2 of our holidays for us. Very polite and professional. The Sales lady was very helpful and nice. Friendly and very compassionate. She too me through the details of the journey and also securing a comfortable position for my disabled son on the aircraft. In all she was wonderful.

Friendly, informative and strived her best to get what we wanted. She remained extremely professional, friendly and nothing was too much. She showed us the hotel on the map in reference to the beach (which is important to us) and where the hotel was situated. She found us the most convenient airport and better flight times.
