As usual , excellent service in The Travel House this week . All the staff are so helpful , answering any questions about resorts , hotels or anything else about a holiday . I have booked many holidays with them and will continue to do so .

From the first phone call to enquire about a holiday, Helen, took all necessary details and rung me back within 10 minutes with a quote, which we accepted then proceeded to book , and hey ho all booked confirmation sent through to email all done in 30 minutes, excellent service thank you very much Helen.

Nothing was too much trouble to get the holiday I wanted. Every effort made to include all requirements, down to booking airplane seats! Pleasant and extremely patient atmosphere ( these things can be frustrating) making a very friendly encounter!

Katie Williams greeted us, she was pleasant and helpful, she was confident in her choice of holiday and thought of everything, Craig who I believe was the manager was very knowledgeable and put us at ease, would definitely book with them again.
