Excellent customer service and super smooth transaction

Excellent service from our local Travel House agent yet again. Lisa was amazing at finding us what we had asked for she emailed us lots of options that we could research at home, we went back in to book our holiday the following day we had great friendly no hassle service at a much cheaper price than we’d seen with online sites, we have used Travel House for lots of holidays and even a multi place trip to Australia last year, when we had some transport issues we messaged Lisa and she was able to sort it out for us from the uk, we wouldn’t use anywhere else.

They take the time to understand what you want and provide great choices of holiday and a fabulous service. We have recently dealt with Lindsey who as always was spot on .... though always happy to deal with any of the other staff. We use them repeatedly as they are the best!
