I actually really appreciated the text system. Kamil was great with answering my questions. Though, I will say (and I could have missed it) when applying it was not clear that the monthly option was not available to me because my policy was under 400.00. That is crucial info. Info that could be a deal breaker. No fault on Kamil of course. Other than that, so far so good!

Meagan was fantastic to work with and very knowledgeable. But..a story on how I came to Zensurance. Every other insurer I called to discuss business insurance, I waited for 20 minutes in a queue before hanging up. One place I got through to, resulted in being ghosted for 2 days by the individual who was supposed to follow up with me in “a couple of hours” (still haven’t heard back from and did I mention the business I am insuring is a C/X consultancy? The irony!). I needed the insurance to land my first consulting contract and after not hearing back on my third email to the other business, I went for a walk. Sitting in a park, enjoying the sunshine I looked up Zensurance and started the online process of getting a quote.
