There was a problem with your underwriters, not with Claudia. 45 days before my renewal I was called for information about my company and it dragged on and on. Six days before the end of my policy I was notified my rates tripled, no explanation. Keep in mind if my policy ended, I would have to close my locations. Thankfully Claudia helped me to get a one-month extension and then worked diligently to resolve the pricing issue and look at alternatives. She was empathetic, patient and professional with me, an irate client. Given the circumstances she was put in she did an excellent job in a stressful situation. The company is lucky to have her as a frontline problem solver.

I dealt with Meagan who was very helpful and easy to talk to over the phone and e-mail. She answered all questions I had and made me feel comfortable and taken care of.

The thing that make it easy is the on line process. Great costumers service and on time for call. My experience with Zensurance was great and I was very happy with there service. I will definitely recommend Zensurance to anyone.
