I first contacted Fabrik Invest when I saw an off plan property for sale. I was introduced to Matt, who booked a zoom meeting. He spent all the time I needed to learn about the properties they had on offer and how the process worked. It was very informative and at no point did I feel under any pressure to buy. I decided to put an offer on 2 off plan properties and Matt successfully negotiated a deal that was acceptable to myself and the sellers. From that moment I have been looked after by both Matt and Hollie, and they have been fantastic. When other professionals have not been quite so quick to respond as one would like, Hollie and Matt have chased things along, sorted out any outstanding queries and have consistently kept me up to date with the progress. They are knowledgeable, professional, very polite and yet friendly and approachable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and will certainly use their services again as I build my portfolio.
