Although Fabrik knew very well I was a mortgage buyer, I've been sold a flat in Preston (The Exchange) which does NOT suit mortgage buyers. The available lenders were few and far in between. The only couple of products I could find through all the brokers they recommended costed as much as 10k in fees alone. I was then forced to buy cash which I was lucky to have. This review will be further updated if I will ever get to complete as we are 3 months late already and with HG lettings not really helping...
