Good spectacles, good quality

I placed an order and the amount got deducted from my account. However on their site, it said that the payment failed. So no order was placed and the amount was paid for NOTHING. Complete fraud going on. Do not buy anything from this place. Worst customer service too. The chat you have with an agent doesnt get saved. If you close the window the whole process of giving name, email id and phone number starts again. Pathetic experience overall. Will never buy anything from this site 🙏

Worst place to buy your eyewear. There is no commitment provided by the item on delivering the goods on time. The try to just to play around customer and start blaming the each other for not delivering the item. Would not recommend this to any of my contacts.
