I ordered two glasses and add prescription and paid as well, even after 8 days i am not getting any update about dispatch or shipping, even i tried to contact the support once and they didn't get back, again when i reach out to support they are telling me that the prescription is bifocal and i have ordered for normal glass, as a common man i am not aware about the technical aspect of glasses, if some issue like this is happening they must have informed us at least through an email, and they are telling i will get a call within 24 hours , which means even now my order is not confirmed. Even now i don't know i would receive my product or not.

Cheap sunglasses. Roadside stuf is also better than this. Never going to order on this site.

It's a fraud company. The order is never delivered to my address but their system shows it's delivered. Either the Delivery partner did the fraud or the company itself. Either way, I lost my money and they are not ready to help.

Pathetic service. Received product after 15 days. Made numerous calls and emails to get the product. the glass is of poor quality and no brand name is mentioned on it. it is a local product which EYE MY EYE is claiming to be a branded product. I will never recommend anyone to purchase any eyewear from this company.

Local products. Low quality. It's a 50Rs product in the market... We will get on the road side but in web site you guys have shown it's a 2,450Rs product. And after discount it's 1,350Rs. Everything is drama. Totally not satisfied with it. Next time we are not ordering with you guys. Thanks for this local sunglasses.

Terrible experience, the quality of the glasses is worse than what you get on the road side. Customer service even worse.
