My experience with TheTopDog Store was something for all companies to aspire to. I had an issue with the machine on delivery where it had essentially been bashed around by the courier, severely damaged and did not work, I messaged Ankur and within minutes established a dialogue with him and we worked together to troubleshoot the issues, it became clear that the damage was so severe the machine had to be sent back, Ankur sent a courier next morning to collect the machine free of charge and rectified the issue and got me a new one sent out, which works perfectly, the machine is well built does a great job exercising my birds, is sleek, portable and great value for money, others on the market can be twice if not more than the cost of this one. I would genuinely give 6 stars if i could, customer service was impeccable and the product is just testament to Ankurs dedication and passion for what he does, top company!

Absolutely a great lure coursing machine and would highly recommend to anyone who is interested in lure sport or any canine sport to keep your dog in top Condition and brings out their natural prey drive. Nicely made, quality, easy to use and easy to carry not heavy or bulky. Comes with lure and extra components and charging lead.
