Company had a little delay on my order. I was super impressed how they informed me . I was updated regularly a very prompt service with brilliant messages informing me that my parcel was on its way and not leaving that information to the courier company. Then I got more updates on how important it was to follow the user guide because it was a technical piece of equipment and they wanted me not to make and errors.I also got a message with phone contact not to hesitate with any questions. Getting a human and their phone numbers nowadays is a huge yes yes yes
