Absolutely awful company. We pay for maintenance on our estate. What maintenance!! We have a childrens playground which needs attention. Five years and still remains broken. As for their customer service is non existent, no human to talk to. Hides away behind an email service. Email this company and says 3-5 days before a response is actioned. That's a joke too!
