My ghds broke during the first lockdown and I was devastated... obviously!! My college kit straighteners made me look appropriate for going to the food shop at least!! I had a bit of money during the November lockdown and looked up repairers in my local area (Devon) saw this advert and bought the package after seeing good reviews. After googling the address saw that it looked like a residential area and panicked but thought hey ho they don’t work anyway, give it a go. Posted them off and received them back very quickly (to my surprise) fully working, tied up nicely with bubble wrap to protect them with a note on the invoice saying what had been replaced and the 6 month guarantee. Very happy with my experience and wouldn’t hesitate to use you again! Thankyou so much!!

******update June 2020, still going strong!******* I ordered some grade C refurbished straighteners. My first set of ghds lasted 10 years my second set lasted 1 year until my daughter stood on them (cold and turned off) they broke. I was not near pay day and in need of a quick fix. I though £48 was cheap, I wasn't expecting much tbh but needed something to do for now. They are perfect barely a mark on them, they heat and preform like new. Very impressed, what I purchased for a quick stop gap look to be a more long term solution. Highly recommended! They came very quickly too, well packaged.
