My order came in incredibly quick but was only part of what should have been. I called and could not have spoken with a more empathetic person. She checked my order, identified the problem and within a week the remainder of my personalized glassware was on my doorstep! In today's world you can never expect that kind of customer service! I am once again extremely grateful.

I ordered eight glasses. Had a minor glitch and I was amazed on how response the customer service people were. What I have notice the last 20 months during Covid many customer service companies seem to blame Covid as an excuse for bad customer service. Not this company. They responded immediately and rectified the small glitch. More companies should look to this company as anexample when satisfying customers. A 5 start company all the way!👏👏👏
