Ordered a set of crystal whisky glasses personalized for each member of my family. Had a question regarding price breaks since each was slightly different due to name carved into them. Very fast response from supplier. They DID qualify for the quantities price break. Glasses arrived well packed very.. very quickly. Like 3 days and they showed up.. couldn't be happier with the supplier, or the quality of the glasses. The names are carved into the crystal whisky glass.. deep accurate carving, no sharp edges.. this is NOT cheap shallow glass etch.. this IS high quality! I can't recommend this company / the products enough. And I will be ordering again for future anniversary or special occasion personalized items.
