I have used Pet Connection for many years and many dogs. I would not dream of going anywhere else. In terms of instore shopping their staff are friendly, professional and second to none in terms of excellent customer service. Nothing is too much trouble and advice I have been given over the years has been helpful, sufficient and extremely professional. I have had 5 happy dogs up to now that have all grown up healthy and happy due to the care and professionalism of Pet Connection. No other pet store in Newry or beyond comes close in terms of after sales service and professionalism, and I have tried a few! Website ordering is also a doddle, quick efficient and always on time, though I love going into the wonderful store and browsing around their wonderful products. I would highly recommend both visiting Newry's number 1 pet store in person or by ordering online through this great family friendly service.
