I ordered a vivienne Westwood bag off this site. It was advertised incorrectly. The dimensions online were smaller than the actual bag size. When the bag arrived it was more like a shopping bag than a handbag. I contacted the supplier and was advised to return the bag. The post office advised me to send the bag back with insurance because of the value of the bag. It cost me about £60 GBP. The supplier only agreed to refund postage to the value of 30 USD. I thought this was very unfair because I would have kept the bag if it had been advertised correctly. They refunded the cost of the bag and sent a cheque for 30 from a Canadian bank. They wouldn’t process the cheque in the uk. It apparently didn’t state on the cheque USD. I contacted the supplier again and I am still waiting for the second cheque!

I ordered a Balmain skirt from the web. Delivery was faster than I expected. I am very happy with the service. You can really trust this website

Jewelry is not something i usually buy online. However, a good friend highly recommended runwaycatalog so I decided to check it out. I really impressed by their selection. I found exactly what would match with a bridal gown aand it looked amazing.

The customer service was far better than that of department/high end stores. They answered all my questions to help me to determine if the dsquared2 skirt would fit, which it did! They went as far as sending specific measurements to ensure it would fit my waist and hips when I requested it. Since they foresaw a possible delay with the shipment, they made it a point to send it out before the holiday; regardless the S&H was fast. I will certainly shop here again! Highly recommend.
