Did you know that SeaDek only warranties the closed cell foam and not the adhesive. When the adhesive comes up and the SeaDek material flaps around, they do not consider it a failure of their product and do not warranty it within the three year timeframe that they promise. I used a SeaDek approved installer and only used SeaDek approved cleaning products. My adhesive failed in less than two years. This product is way too expensive to only last a year and a half
