Prices are always the best you can find. Books are often new or near new (The do sell "scratch and dent" books so if you want excellent condition be sure that's not what you are ordering). I've only had one problem in my orders and that was dealt with quickly and politely. Orders can take a couple of weeks to arrive but that is the only real negative about buying there.

The ordering process was simple and fast. Shipping took longer than expected. They were packed loosely too so one book had a tear in the cover. I am an independent bookseller and careful packaging is very important.

Called your customer service regarding order. Poor service not helpful at all. In addition, customer service reps do not answer phones as stated on your audix so I had to call three times before finally getting someone on the phone.

I was not notified in any way that the one book I most wanted had gone out of stock before my order was packed and shipped. I would have canceled the order had I known. Also, the tracking information on my package was confusing. It seemed to show that my box hung out at my local post office for 3-4 days before it was delivered. I realize that Book Outlet has no control over delivery issues but it was still annoying.

This is the only place I buy book for my children! Always affordable and have exactly what I am looking for.

TOOK 10 DAYS FOR ORDER TO BE DELIVERED. BOX WAS BROKEN OPEN ON ONE COMPLETE SIDE WHICH I ASSUME WAS NOT BOOK OUTLETS FAULT BUT A SHIPPING FACTOR. COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH ORDER OF 19 BOOKS.

As a classroom teacher, I depend on bookoutlet for terrific value and service. Bookoutlet is a huge part of the reason my students are avid readers. They have access to a wide variety of books!

A decent company. Prices pretty good, I like their weekly deals. Also, wish they had a more extensive line of Christian books. Shipping takes awhile and hard to use their shipment tracking. You can't readily see where the package is exactly. I would use them again.
