I think the prices are fantastic but shipping is super slow. Also, your tracking info provided by Book Outlet did not match the tracking info provided by the USPS. Where your info indicated the books were already in my hometown post office, the USPS tracking indicated they had not yet received the package (until 3 days later) and it was another day after that (before I received the books.) Receiving the package under a week would be ideal. However, the products are fantastic; the prices are great! I just know to order 2 weeks out if I’m under a time constraint.

My book arrived in perfect brand new condition. Couldn’t be happier with it. There is a bar code sticker on the back which left a sticky residue on the imitation leather cover, but the residue came right off with a pencil eraser. BookOutlet provides a great professional purchasing experience, and I would buy again. Awesome price too! Thanks! :D

It took a very long time to receive my package. Then there was a security breach where the site went down for a week. Then I received a very damaged package which also contained a very damaged book. I’m just disappointed. Good selection of book available but now I’m very hesitant to use the site again. Also, still waiting to see if my damaged book will be replaced or issue fixed in some way. Just hope it doesn’t take long too.
