I ordered my books and realized the one I changed had not formally changed. I then alerted the company. A ticket was opened and my order was not sent out. But, a day or two later it shipped with the wrong book. Why? The mistake had been brought up, recognized and yet was still shipped. Terrible service. I'm disappointed in this lack of service.

Oh my goodness!!! Where have you been all my life, Book Outlet? I recently placed my first order, mostly of hardcover books: adult fiction and middle grade. I had expected the condition to be moderate and maybe some funky smells, based on previous experiences with Thriftbooks and used Amazon books. But these books were all in like new condition and no nasty smells at all! 🎊 The only "flaws" being the overstock mark, and a bent edge on several of the books (due to the shipping boxes being quite beat up by the time they got to my house). I even unexpectedly received two books that were signed by the author!! I am so impressed, so thankful, and am quite frankly hooked on Book Outlet now. Keep up the good work and great prices on quality books!!
