This was my first time ordering from Book Outlet. The prices and selection were both crazy good! Shipping was reasonable and easy to track! Very happy with the whole experience.

Please use better tape when packaging your boxes. Both of my packages came with the tape ripped open and this is not the first time it’s every time. Also it wouldn’t hurt to tape the sides of the boxes as the sides always bust open. The books inside were thankfully not harmed but it’s becoming less and less of the likely hood I’ll order again with the carelessness that goes into keeping the boxes in tact.

The books were in great shape! The shipping took awhile but other than that wonderful service!

My most recent purchase was during a buy 2, get 1 free sale. My 3rd book, although in stock at the time of my purchase, was out of stock when my order was picked. So I got 2 books for the price of 2, no notification, no offer to choose another free book, just sorry, it’s now out of stock.
