An excellent experience from start to finish. We booked an appointment to see a mortgage broker at HQ Mortgage & Finance before we started looking for our first ever property to buy. We met with James C at their offices in Taunton where he explained the process to us and was available to answer all our follow up queries (email & phone calls) all the way through to the moment we received our mortgage approval documents. In fact, he was even helpful giving us some advice and putting us in touch with some of his contacts after we had concluded our business with HQ Mortgage & Finance. Everything was handled professionally and we were kept in the loop at every step of the process. As first time buyers, this entire process was quite overwhelming but James made us feel very comfortable and we always felt confident in our choices after a conversation with him. We would recommend HQ Mortgage & Finance to anyone looking for a professional mortgage advice service and would rate them 10/10.

An easy 5 stars for Brian Coles at HQ. From the start he explained everything simply and concisely and gave invaluable information on what documents were required by the lender given I am self employed. Offer came through much quicker than I expected, and I couldn't be more pleased.

Katherine processed applications for both of my sons at near enough the same time. Can't praise her highly enough. She got us a DIP the same day, the mortgage application was again processed on the day we advised her that we wanted to proceed. Valuation booked and Mortgage offer received within 8 days through Nationwide. Great communication from Katherine throughout. What a total nightmare the mortgage lender has been. Rob, our mortgage adviser, has been there all the way chasing up the lender, keeping us informed and dealing with our stress! I would rate Rob and HQMF are 5 star and would totally recommend them!
